Ideally situated, you can head straight to the slopes on your skis, and return directly on skis or, depending on your ability, on foot or by shuttle bus.

Does the residence have a parking ?
The parking is under the residence and will be invoiced (prices available in the ‘À la carte services’ section). The maximum height is of 2,10m and we advise you to reserve your spot in advance to insure you an availability. The spots are limited.
You can also use the resort’s car parks, bookable via ValThoparc :
Does the car park have electric recharging points?
We have 7 Wallbox 11kW charging points for electric vehicles in the car park. Please contact reception for details.
Les pistes sont-elles accessibles facilement depuis la résidence ?
Our residence is located so that you can ski straight down a blue slope. You can return to the chalet via the Plein Sud piste.
Is the ESF meeting point far away from the residence ?
From the first star, there is an ESF pick-up in front of the Spa entrance (by the footbridge on the terrace of chalet 3) for morning lessons. The other ESF pick-ups for group lessons and childcare are 500m from the residence – Rue du Soleil – via the blue Castor et Pollux piste. There is also a free shuttle bus from the residence reception for those who don’t know how to ski.
Note: ESF pick-ups are available on request and are subject to a minimum number of children.

Where is the swimming pool located?
The swimming pool is located in the Les Balcons de Val Thorens residence, chalet 2.Access is from the outside. Changing rooms and lockers are available on site. Please allow €1 for the locker.
Can I choose the appartment I want to live in
We try to accommodate everyone’s appartment allocation requirements, however it is important to note that not all requests can be accommodated. You can include your requests in your booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Is there a laundry in the residence ?
Yes, there is a launderette in chalet 2, next to the games room and fitness room. Payment is by credit card.
Which coffee machines are available in the appartments ?
he flats are equipped with Dolce Gusto machines and filter coffee makers.
Are pets allowed ?
Yes, your pets are welcome in our establishments, up to a limit of 2 per flat (dog or cat). Please contact us for prices and to register them in your reservation. Pets are not allowed in the spa and must remain under your full supervision.
