The Le Val Chavière*** residence welcomes you at an altitude of 2,300 metres, in the heart of Val Thorens. Ideally located in the centre of the resort and at the foot of the slopes, it offers direct access to the 3 Valleys ski area, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasures of skiing.

Spacious and welcoming, the apartments accommodate up to 14 people in a comfortable and bright setting. Recently renovated with high-quality materials and furnishings, they offer generous living spaces and unobstructed views of the valley. Some also feature a private sauna, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment in complete privacy.

Close to shops and services (supermarket, ski rental, bakery, etc.), everything is designed to make your stay easier. Each apartment also has a private ski locker.

For a relaxing moment after a day in the great outdoors, access the Les Balcons de Val Thorens**** spa with swimming pool, hot tubs, saunas, hammam, gym and treatment rooms, located 600 metres away and accessible on foot or by shuttle bus.

The apartments are decorated in a mountain chalet style and can welcome up to 14 persons. The apartments have a beautiful view on the valley and plenty of sunlight.

The Val Chavière is close to all shops and services : mini-market, ski rental, bakery… Which will make your holidays a lot easier. Each apartement have a private ski locker and some are equipped with a private sauna.

You will also have access to our wellness area located in the Balcons de Val Thorens residence (at 600m, accessible with a shuttle bus or by foot): Swimming-pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym, and spa treatment room by Thalgo.

Bon à savoir

There is no parking inside the Val Chavière residence. But you can book a parking slot the ValThoparc resort parking.

  • The 2 nearest car parks are P0 at the top of the street, a 5-minute walk away, and P1 next to Place des Arolles.
  • P2 is at the entrance to the resort (15min walk or 10/15min with the free shuttle bus)
  • P3 and P4 are outside the resort (access by shuttle bus every 30min on Saturdays and less frequently during the week).

Electric vehicle recharging is available at the Les Balcons residence parking.

Our residence is located in a way that allow you to enjoy a ski-in, ski-out experience via the Castor and Pollux blue slope.

The ESF meeting point is located 100m away from the residence via the Castor and Pollux slope (blue slope). For the young children that don’t know how to ski, the access is easy with a sled.

The swimming pool is located in the Balcons de Val Thorens residence, 500 metres away (accessible on foot or by shuttle bus). There you will find lockers and changing rooms (please allow €1 for the locker).

We try to answer each demand, but it’s important for you to note that each demand cannot be satisfied. You can add your request in your reservation and we will try our best to satisfy it.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and towels are also provided.
