Dear customers, in order for you to book your stay for the 2021/2022 winter season in one of our establishments without any stress, special measures have been taken :

First of all, you can cancel without any fees your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival.
Your stay will be fully reimbursed (*after deduction of the 50€ of administrative fees).

Then, about the risks that COVID19 is, we have taken special disposition that will guarantee you a full refund in case of one of those restriction would start up to the day before your arrival :

  • CLOSURE OF THE CHOSEN ESTABLISHMENT OR THE CHOSEN RESORT with impossibility to be relocated in one of the group establishment at the same date
  • LOCK DOWN OF YOUR LIVING PLACE with prohibition of moving decided by the authorities
  • CLOSING OF THE FRENCH BORDERS and/or YOUR COUNTRY OF LIVING
  • Mandatory QUARANTINE when you arrive on French ground

If one of those measures would start during your stay, forcing you to go back home early, the not consumed night will be refunded.

To make sure to be refunded in case of a diagnosed COVID 19 infection, we are offering you to subscribe to our cancellation insurance (4% of the total amount of the stay). With the usual causes of cancellation (death, serious disease…) this insurance has a COVID term allowing you to be fully reimbursed if one of the journey participant is tested positive to COVID19 30 days before the arrival.

We also want you to know that a strict health charter has been applied in every one of our establishments.

No matter what the reason is, every cancellation should be notified to our Reservation Service in a written form (email accepted, but the cancellation is confirmed only when you receive an answer. You can also send a letter). No cancellation request will be taken by phone.

Moreover, the cancellation policy applied will be the one in force at the time the cancellation is requested.

– SANITARY PASS  –

To access our establishments, the EUROPEAN SANITARY PASS will be required to all of our guests  from 12 years old.It will be requested upon your arrival, only once.
Once the sanitary pass has been presented, you will be able to access all the facilities of our establishments (particularly swimming pool and spa). It will only be required on arrival, regardless of the length of your stay.
As a reminder, the sanitary pass consists of the presentation of a sanitary proof, among the following three:

  • Proof of vaccination – It will only be valid if it proves that you are fully vaccinated, i.e.

-Seven days after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxevria and Covishield));
-Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);
-Seven days after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary).
Only vaccines authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) (Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)), or AstraZeneca (Covishield) will be accepted.
-Seven days after a booster ARNm dose (Moderna or Pfizer) after two shots of a vaccine on the WHO’s health emergencies list (Sinovac/Coronavac or Sinopharm/BBIB-PVeroCells)

  • The proof of a negative PCR test from less than 72 hours or a negative antigenic test taken less than 48 hours.
  • The result of a RT-PCR or antigenic positif attesting of the recovering of the Covid-19 from at least 11 days and less than 6 months.
