Located in the heart of the Alps at an altitude of 2050m, Les Balcons de Belle-Plagne**** welcomes you to a warm, authentic setting inspired by traditional Savoyard style. From winter 2025-2026, rediscover this exceptional address, completely renovated to offer you optimum comfort: new kitchens fully equipped with the latest appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms completely refurbished (furniture, paintwork, floors)… everything has been redesigned to make your stay even more memorable.
Designed to accommodate families and groups of friends (from 2 to 20 people), our spacious flats guarantee you a comfortable stay. In winter, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Situated at the foot of the Paradiski slopes, the residence is a ski-in, ski-out base.
The residence also includes the Powrider equipment hire shop (SkiSet) and Le Chalet restaurant (half-board options available), so you can enjoy all the services you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The centre of Belle Plagne is just a short walk away, ideal for a shopping spree. A mini-market, just 600 metres away, also makes your daily shopping easier.
After a great day on the slopes, relax in our wellness area: indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and gym await you. For the ultimate moment of relaxation, treat yourself to a massage or treatment, by Thalgo brand.
And because the mountains are just as beautiful in summer, Les Balcons de Belle-Plagne**** also welcomes you during the summer season.

Enjoy your summer holidays (or winter if you’d rather enjoy the skiing pleasures on the Paradiski ski domain) to unwind in the Les Balcons de Belle-Plagne & Spa residence. The residence is built in a savoy traditional architecture, all made of wood and stone. Allying warmth and comfort, our apartments, from 2 to 20persons, will seduce you with their warm interiors. Located just near the hiking paths, they offer beautiful landscapes on the Mont Saint-Jacques and the valley. Imagine every morning, on your balcony, enjoying your coffee. Or at night with your friends on the deckchairs, gazing at the sunsets.
After a long day of enjoying the pure air, give yourself some me time in the spa of the residence. The wellness area is composed of a swimming-pool, a spa, a sauna and a fitness room.

Can I choose the flat I want to live in ?
We try to answer each demand, but it’s important for you to note that each demand cannot be satisfied. You can add your request in your reservation and we will try our best to satisfy it.
Which coffee machines are available in the appartments ?
The appartments are equipped with filter coffee makers.
Is the ESF meeting point far from the residence ?
The ESF meeting point is in the center of Belle Plagne. You can easily access to it by foot or with skis.
Are pets allowed ?
Yes, your pets are welcome in our establishments, up to a limit of 2 per flat (dog or cat). Please contact us for prices and to register them in your reservation. Pets are not allowed in the spa and must remain under your full supervision.
Does the car park have electric charging points ?
We have 4 Wallbox 11kW charging points for electric vehicles in the car park. Please contact reception if you have any questions.

Road to follow if you are coming by car :
– Highway Lyon/Albertville : A43 and A430
– From Geneva : Follow N201 (Cruseilles) then A41 until Chambery, then A43 and A130 until Albertville and then follow the N90 going through Moûtiers, Aime, Macot, La Plagne.
Some roads are not accessible during winter, that’s why the La Plagne website advise you to shut off your GPS when you arrive in Albertville to avoid any unaccessible itinerary
