This was our first stay at Balcons Platinum & we will definitely book again. The appartment was perfect & the boot room very comfortable, we enjoyed the Spa when it wasn't overcrowded or full of kids, perhaps it would be worth introducing a booking system or another day for platinum guests only? Our ski locker needed a clean!

Good value for money for people who want to treat themselves to a bit more than a bed in between ski trips. 😀 - The personnel is great, very friendly and accommodating. Close to the ski pistes, walking routes, convenience store and small restaurants. The apartment itself is a good size, very neat and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and the price was agreeable. The dedicated spa day for platinum guests and child free hour were a nice touch. I am not sure how the ski lockers would work with 6 snowboarders, but they were a far cry from the wet and moldy shacks we are used to elsewhere. Pictures and amenities were accurate. 😞 - The sound proofing is not amazing (the upstairs neighbors were stomping around, using the noisy jet tub and moving furniture around constantly between 6-7 am and midnight, resulting in very little sleep for us). And the couch in the living room is a sleeping couch (we didn’t use it), which meant the pillows always slid out a bit. The apartments near the elevator also have a bedroom right next to it with a glass window and the dinging noise of the elevator is loud enough to wake you if you are a light sleeper. To be fair, while the other guests kind of ruined our stay, I do believe overall it is a nice place to stay with a good value for money and I would return.

Luxury on the slopes 😀 - Spacious, excellent facilities, great boot room and lovely pool, saunas etc 😞 - We were surprised to have to strip the beds and clean the apartment before we left. We wouldn’t have left it dirty but we were a bit worried at the list of things to do before we left. The welcome pack was smaller than anticipated and more bin bags would have been good

We had a wonderful stay with our family. We have a grandchild with special needs, and the staff did everything they could to make his arrival and departure as smooth as possible. That made our holiday even more wonderful. Thank you so much for that! The apartment was very comfortable and clean again. The complex is in a great location, with a beautiful view and close to the slopes. The pool and spa are great, especially during the day. Late afternoon and evening, it gets very busy and noisy, with many guests who don't know how to behave in the spa. During the day, it's truly enjoyable. It's great that the ski rental and the supermarket are so close. We will definitely come back, if possible!

Highly recommended location, very comfortable, great service, very good Welness, however due to community function VERY busy which is not always great. The appartment is fantastic and comfortable, maybe even a little over the top, perhaps adding dimming possibilities for the light can be installed, which makes it even better. The provided parking and charging for E vehicles is excellent easy to reach. The help carts to unload and load the car when leaving is great. For our famaly abisolutely a location to return to even considering the limited skipossibilities for expererience skiers, the appartments are very tempting to come again.

Great stay We had a great stay here. We had a 5 bedroom apartment and were very happy with it. Great wrap around balcony too. Rooms were nice and all ensuite. Bathrobes provided (slippers would have been nice too though!!). Close to the slope, maybe 100m or so. Great spa. (Jacuzzi way too cold though!). We also had a great massage at the spa, definitely recommend it!! Only slight negative point is charging for missing key cards, haven’t come across that before!! We’ll be back next year though!

Fabulous stay at Les Balcons 👏 Lovely stay. We were a family of 18. Really nice apartments with everything we needed. Great location as we were able to ski home. Very nice service from the staff. Only negative would be how busy the pool was. Was off putting. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Les Balcons.
