This was our third time at Les Balcon Le Haut. Great location and very nice/helpfull people at the reception, but the venue can really use an update. We had several apartements the last years, but all toilets smell bad and are really old. The showerhead hang half way. This could be easily fixed. We rented an apartment for 8/10 persons for almost 4k for a week. Two bedrooms are located in the middle of the apartment, so no window for fresh air. If I look at the price of the apartment it is really way to much for the comfort you receive.

We have stayed here a few times now, it is only a 3 star residence so it is pretty basic accommodation but clean, warm, perfectly adequate and great value. You do have to make your own beds on arrival and departure.Kitchen is small with fridge, a hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. Ovens are available to borrow if you want one.Free sauna and gym.Ski in and ski out is very handy, garage/ ski locker is right next to the top of the button lift. Two minute ski down to the ski school meeting point and main cable car.

Awesome stay at the balcons le haut. Great owners, very welcoming and available. The accommodation was perfect for us even too “hot” due to south exposure so turn off the heaters 🤣. It was very clean and well organised. Fondus and raclette set available. Just great.On top of the quality of the flat, the Balcons’ team is just great. They are available, friendly, welcoming. They even organised a Santa Claus visit for the little ones. My kids were amazed. The saunas were clean and perfect after a good day of skiing. Decoration of the common areas was great and we could get a proper feeling of a White Christmas.Next time we will make sure to order croissant and pain au chocolat on time 😜.

We visited thia place every year for the past 7years and I can say that it gets better every year. Amizing and cozy rooms, just right for a skiing trip, the ski rooms are well kept and safe and also close to the slopes and ski tracks so you don't have to walk far. Location is perfect, it's near the "town centre" where the shops are and, like I said, almost on the ski tracks. You also have amazing views of the nearby mountains anywhere in the apartments. This place is by far the best accommodation you can stay in Val Cenis.
