How does it work ?<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\n\n\n

Each time you book a stay online (excluding tour operators, owners and other partners), you accumulate points based on the amount you spend on accommodation in our establishments*.The more you stay, the more points you earn, and the more discounts you’ll get on your next stays!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Points are awarded after each stay, once the stay has been completed and invoiced. \n<\/span>Collect points and turn them into gift vouchers! As soon as you reach 200 points, a gift voucher (minimum \u20ac50) is automatically generated, equivalent to the amount of your account balance.<\/span> You can then use your gift vouchers in the form of a discount on your next stay. \n<\/span>* as well as half-board and breakfast packages for hotel bookings.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aqcuiring points<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Am I eligible for the loyalty program if I booked via Booking or another partner?<\/b> The loyalty program only concerns individual customers who have made personal reservations directly via our website or by contacting our teams. Bookings via partners are not included.<\/span>Reservations by owners of Balcony flats are not eligible for the loyalty programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do the points generated have a limited duration? <\/b>The points validity period is <\/span>3 years<\/b>. If you do not make any stays or do not redeem your points before the expiry date, they will be cancelled.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does booking an additional service generate points? <\/b>No, ancillary sales (ski passes, equipment rental, parking, spa treatments, bar drinks, etc.) do not generate loyalty points, only accommodation bookings are counted. \n<\/span>With the exception of pre-booked breakfast or half-board in a hotel package at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

I always book my stay with my family or friends, who collects the points?<\/b> We allocate points to the account of the main occupant (name used when booking) of the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I track and manage my points? <\/b>You can check your points balance directly from your customer account as well as your gift voucher history online on the Les Balcons website or on the Alparena website for customers who have booked directly via this site, and track the evolution of your points after each stay.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use of gift vouchers<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Does the gift voucher have a limited duration? <\/b>The validity period of the gift voucher is <\/span>2 years. <\/b>If you do not use the voucher during the two years, it will be cancelled and your points cannot be recovered.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the amount of the gift voucher fixed? <\/b>The amount of the gift voucher will be generated automatically according to your points balance and from 200 points. If you do not use your gift voucher and make a new stay with us, the points will automatically accumulate on your gift voucher.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I transform my points into a gift voucher directly from my account? <\/b>No<\/span>, <\/b>\u00a0this is not necessary, it is done automatically from 200 points ( = 50 euros in gift voucher). If you accumulate additional points, the amount of the gift voucher increases as you go along.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to use a gift voucher in addition to a discount? <\/b>Yes this is possible, especially with early booking offers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
