For more than 30 years, the Les Balcons Group has been welcoming its customers in privileged surroundings. Concerned about the impact of our activities on the environment, we have implemented an eco-responsible approach throughout our development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a builder, we are lucky to manage the construction and renovation of our establishments from start to finish. Our last two projects were designed with innovative systems to control and reduce energy consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our aim : to make you enjoy your stay while respecting the natural environment around you as much as possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2026, four establishments in the group were awarded the Green Key label: <\/span>The Alparena**** Hotel & Spa, Les Balcons Platinium Val Cenis*****, Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village****<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Les Balcons de Val Cenis Le Haut***<\/a>.<\/span>The <\/span>Green Key<\/span><\/a> is the first sustainable tourism label for tourist accommodation and restaurants, developed in France by the Teragir association.<\/span>Our long-term goal is to label all our establishments!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
