The atmosphere of the spa at the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa is one of relaxation, with soft colours, touches of vegetation and noble materials such as stone and wood.
For an asbolute moment of relaxation, choose the whirlpool baths with their hydromassage jets, saunas, hammams or Japanese baths.
The 15m x 6m swimming pool will delight swimmers, and for the little ones, the paddling pool will become a holiday must.
The wellness area is free of charge and exclusively reserved for customers who have booked their stay via Les Balcons or its partners, at the Hôtel Alparena**** & Spa or in the Les Balcons de La Rosière**** residence.
For Les Balcons de La Rosière**** customers, the spa is not accessible on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please refer to the opening days and hours below.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the bubble baths, saunas or steam rooms.
VIP area and outdoor bath
On the first floor, an area reserved for hotel guests is equipped with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, and gives access to the terrace which also includes a sauna and Japanese bath – a unique experience facing the summits!
Keep fit in our gym
For your sporting activities, a gym with modern equipment (bicycles, rowing machines, body-building machines…) is at your disposal every day. It is reserved for hotel guests.
